1. Introduction
The turnout re rail device is used for the re rail of railway locomotives and vehicles after the turnout center is disconnected. This device has a novel design, simple installation, and is lightweight and efficient.
 The device consists of switch re rail 1 and switch re rail 2, and one of them is selected according to the traction direction during rescue.
2. Product features
(1) Lightweight and easy to install.
 The single weight of the turnout re rail device is about 24kg, and it can be moved, installed, and disassembled by one person. When in use, it can be installed by inserting it into the protective rail through the groove, without the need for road studs and bolts to fix it.
(2) The re orbit is stable.
 The support surface of the turnout re rail is closely attached to the rail sleeper, the guide groove of the guard rail, and the head, waist, and front end of the guard rail. During rescue, the re rail is smooth and there will be no phenomenon of the re rail tilting or the like.
(3) Re tracking is safe and reliable.
 The curvature radius size of the main surface of the device can enable the derailing wheel to quickly raise the lower device of the locomotive after rolling onto the tread of the derailer, which can avoid collision between the derailer and components such as the gearbox and braking device of the locomotive.
(4) The requirements for on-site experience and rescue skills of rescue personnel are not high, and they are easy to master.
(5) The turnout derailleur can be installed on various guard rails and is suitable for various types of sleepers;
 Due to the installation of the derailleur on the guard rail, the turnout derailleur can adapt to various types of turnouts.
(6) Tighten the screws to lock the derailleur, making the installation more secure.
